Greatest Heroes and Legends of the Bible 

48 Minutes. Hosted by Actor Charlton Heston, this 48-minute animation of one of the Holy Bible's most infamous stories, illustrates the tumbiling down of the 'supposedly' impenetrable, Walls of Jericho (See the Book of Joshua). Moses and Joshua, his second in command and the Children of Israel, having escaped the Pharaoh's wrath by way of the Red Sea, wandered in the wilderness for over 40 years before they were permitted to enter into the Promised Land. Moses, his brother Aaron and sister Miriam, all died within the wilderness and so now, Joshua, was Moses', anointed, successor. Preparing to cross over the River Jordan and straight through the walled City of Jericho, two miracles were needed. They didn't have the means to build a ship to sail across the Jordan River and neither, did they have the weapons to overtake and tear down the Walls of Jericho which surrounded the city. But, the Lord was on their side.
